Program Details

The Day Camp Future Leader program prepares 14–15-year-old campers for our Counselor-in-Training program. Over 4 weeks, campers participate in regular camp activities while getting behind-the-scenes experience through service projects and shadowing senior staff. Highlights include 3 field trips for adventure, teambuilding, and community service.

Our small cohorts of 6-8 campers work closely with staff to develop essential skills like active listening, servant leadership, and communication. Campers earn a “passport” to track their progress. We’d love to welcome your young leader back to Weaver for another summer of growth and memories.
